Engagement Manager
The Engagement Manager will be responsible for planning and executing strategies for volunteer recruitment, training, and retention. Additionally, this position will support donor engagement efforts and tax site operations. The Manager will focus on supporting volunteers and staff members who provide quality services to our taxpayers by providing training and resources and assisting tax site operations. The Manager will support volunteer and donor engagement through newsletters, thank you letters, email and direct mail appeals and other communication channels. For more details see:

Tax Operations Manager/Director
The Tax Operations Manager/Director is responsible for ensuring the delivery of high quality tax preparation services for low-income clients at multiple locations operated by Community Tax Aid throughout the District of Columbia, Northern Virginia and Prince George’s and Montgomery Counties in Maryland. CTA delivers these services in conjunction with the IRS Volunteer Income Tax Assistance (VITA) program. Tax operations at either level include securing locations, managing staff, and volunteers, coordinating development of tax training, and working with community partners. The Director will have additional responsibilities in developing the content of the tax law training and taxpayer education as well as program management and strategic planning.
